My Pure Scooter Was Stolen, What Can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your scooter has been stolen. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, replacement, or remotely disable scooters that have been reported as stolen. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the security of the scooter rests with the customer.

We recommend reporting the theft to your local police as soon as possible, as they may be able to review CCTV footage or gather information from witnesses.

To help reduce the risk of theft in the future, we suggest using the locking feature within our app alongside a high-quality D-lock.

Additionally, please ensure you record your scooter’s serial number upon receipt, as this can be useful if the scooter is recovered by the police.
