My Pure Scooter Was Stolen, What Can I do?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund, replace, or remotely disable scooters that have been stolen. Once delivered, the responsibility for the security of the scooter lies with the customer.

The locking feature on our app, alongside a good quality D-Lock is recommended for the security of your scooter.

We recommend you take the serial number of the scooter upon receiving it, this can assist in reclaiming your scooter should police find it
