Checking my order status

Pure Electric E-Scooters:

  • All E-Scooters ordered Monday - Friday before 1PM will be delivered the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 1PM Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday
  • On the day of dispatch you should receive a tracking link via email (this is typically sent between 2PM & 9PM), this will allow you to track the status of your delivery.
  • If you have not received your tracking link, please check your junk/spam folders as the emails can often end up there.

If you are still unable to locate your tracking details, please email help@pureelectric.com with your order number (beginning with PS) in the subject line and our team will provide assistance.
