Making a warranty claim / repair under warranty

To make a claim
Please send an email to our customer team at with your order number (it will look like PS12345) or proof of purchase alongside:

  • Details of the product model you own
  • A description of the issue you have encountered
  • Any photo or video that support the description to help us understand the problem as quickly as possible

One of our Customer Team will be quickly back in touch to discuss next steps to get the problem resolved.
