The warranty on your item will vary product to product. The best place to find out your warranty information is either in the user manual that came with the product, or to check the product page on our site, under the ‘Warranty’ tab.

If you’re experiencing issues with your e-bike, please email help@pureelectric.com with details of the issue that you’re experiencing. Please include your order number in the subject of your email and any photos or videos that will help demonstrate the issue you are encountering.
