How to find my order tracking details?

Your tracking information is usually emailed to you between 2-9pm on the day of dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking details, it could be in your spam/junk email inbox - so take a look there in the first instance.

If you can't find your tracking information in your recent emails, you can log back in to your account to check for tracking updates: Account Login.

Make sure you also tell us your order number - without it, our rider support team can't help you until they know it, and we don't want to delay helping you find your package.

Just a note
E-bikes require a pre-delivery inspection before being sent out. This can mean that they take a couple of days longer before being dispatched.
