Should you need to return clothing or accessories to us, you can do so by using our ‘Rebound’ system, click here: Rebound Returns Portal.
This will take you through the necessary steps to generate a returns label. When entering your order number, please make sure that you include the #PS at the beginning. Without this, you will not be able to generate your postage label.
If your order is over 30 days old, we will need to provide you with an RMA number. If you require an RMA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be in contact to let you know if you are eligible for a return.
Once all of these details are added and the process is complete, your return is ready to be taken to your nearest Post Office. Please note, for change of mind returns, there will be a £5 postage charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
Further to this, the products will need to be returned in a brand new condition, complete with original tags and stickers still intact, in order to obtain the full refund. For more information on this, please click here.
We also kindly ask that you do not write or stick any labels on the original packaging. Instead, include your order number on a separate piece of paper inside the box so we know who the order belongs to.
Once we receive the items, our teams will fully assess them and take the next steps to process a refund for you.
