Let’s try the basics first (sometimes it’s a nice, easy fix!)
- First things first, check your charger is properly plugged into the wall and your e-scooter and that its turned on at the wall (Yes, we know… but you’d be surprised how often this is the solution! We’re only human, right?). The light on your charger will turn from red to green once the e-scooter is ready to use.
- If there’s no red or green light, there’s likely a problem with the charger (which we know you're aware of!). We can help replace this for you if you get in touch or buy a new one online.
