Pure electric scooters include a 12-month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. This covers the cost of labour and parts required to maintain your e-scooter in proper working order for the 12 month warranty period.
Who is the warranty provider?

How can a customer claim on the warranty?
If you would like to claim on your warranty, please call your local Pure Electric showroom and see if they will be able to resolve the issue you are encountering: Our Showrooms.
If they are unable to repair this, please email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Please include a description of the issue you are encountering and a video or photos that best show the issue. One of our customer service agents will then be in contact and confirm the next steps.
