Warranty for Pure electric scooters

Pure electric scooters include a 12-month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. This covers the cost of labour and parts required to maintain your e-scooter in proper working order for the 12 month warranty period.

Who is the warranty provider?

If your Pure e-scooter is registered under warranty and is covered for repair, it will be repaired at no cost by Pure Electric. To read the full details for your Pure scooter, please scroll to the bottom of the appropriate product page:

How can a customer claim on the warranty? 

Please email help@pureelectric.com with your order number in the subject line. Please include a description of the issue you are encountering and a video or photos that best show the issue. One of our customer service agents will then be in contact and confirm the next steps.

Please note: Consumable items are not included as part of your warranty. Some of these are outlined below: 

  • Tyres
  • Inner tubes 
  • Rubber foot rest 
  • Handlebar grips 
  • Brake cables 
  • Brake pads 
  • Paint
  • Rubber bungs

  • Hello Pure Electric

    I am Chethan, I am customer of PURE ELECTRIC. I purchased PURE ELECTRIC AIR two months before and i am having issues in STEM of my Scooter.

    While riding my patinete i feel really uncomfortable because the stem is shaking and making squeaky noises. I have already discussed this with you last month. As the issue is recurring every time. Due to the lack of quality, I am afraid to ride it further. I would like to sincerely request for New scooter which will be in perfect condition. The stem is included in warranty, without comfortable feeling and fearful rides are not good i believe.  
     I do understand in Thousands of scooters there will be at least one Faulty and I have received it. I am presenting the issue I have and hope I get the best support. 
    Please help me to claim my warranty.
