Set Up

When going through the initial set up stages, you’ll be asked to verify your account with a four digit pin. This will be sent directly to the email addressed used to create your account.

Please note, it’s not uncommon for the pin to take a few minutes to arrive, which we understand can be a little frustrating, but we kindly ask that you sit tight until it makes its way to you, and check all your inboxes such as your junk and spam folders, just in case it goes astray.

It’s important not to request the pin code multiple times, as this causes a reset each time, and will mean having to wait until the last pin comes through before being able to verify yourself.

Once the pin comes through, simply enter it into the app, ensuring not to include any spaces before or after. From there, you’ll be prompted to set your own pin which you can change anytime within “Profile”.

It’s worth bearing in mind, you can only change the pin if you’re the “owner” of the scooter, who set up the pin in the first instance.

  • Hi when i put the code in and i went back in to the app it came up with we havnt met befure message ?????
