Tracking shows delivered but the order has not been received

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your delivery.

Please rest assured, we take cases like this very seriously and we will instruct our logistics team to undertake a full investigation. They’ll contact the couriers for photographic evidence of both the delivery at the address and geo-locking data of when and where they left the parcel. If they conclude that there was foul play, they will inform the police and report an act of theft.
Please contact any neighbours before asking us to investigate to make sure that that they do not have your parcel. Then, please let us know if you would like us to proceed with an investigation.

  • Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am deeply upset as I have received both an email ( see attached) from you and from FedEx to say that my delivery of my Electric scooter has arrived but this is incorrect.

    Fed Ex tracker states it was delivered at 13h00 today at the reception / front desk and signed for by C19.

    I live in a house and we have no reception / front desk and no one of the name C19 lives here.

    I was at home at 13h00 and no one knocked on the door.

    What I am concerned about is why FedEx would say its been delivered to a reception/front desk, why the delivery driver would put thd receivers name as C19 and why I would get an email from FedEx at 17h37 to say it was delivered at 13h00

    Could you please let me know where my order has been delivered to as this is unacceptable.
