How to connect to the Pure App

Pairing with the Pure app is super easy. Just make sure:

  1. Your e-scooter is on
  2. The Bluetooth on your mobile device is on

From there, your e-scooter should be discoverable within the app and allow you to connect.

Got a new iPhone?

In rare cases, Gen 1 and 2 Pure Air electric scooters are discoverable on the Bluetooth connection screen, but can’t connect successfully.

This has been known to affect:

  • iPhone 11
  • iPhone 11 Pro
  • iPhone 12
  • iPhone12 Pro
  • iPhone SE (Gen 2)

We’re currently working hard to solve this, but we do have two solutions that could work for you in the meantime:

  1. Know someone with an Android or older iPhone? If you install the Pure app on their device, you can log into your account and complete the update.
  2. You could, if you live locally to our flagship store in London, our helpful technicians will happily apply the update for you.

  • Is it possible to allow multiple phones with the app to connect to the same scooter. Like if there are multiple riders in the family.
