We're sorry to hear you’ve forgotten the pin code for your scooter.
In order to resolve this, please send us the MAC address for your scooter together with your original order number and your address. The MAC address can be found when searching for the scooter within the Pure Electric app and looks similar to the code shown below:
As soon as we receive this, we can forward your request to our app developers who will be more than happy to reset the pin remotely for you. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
