Unlike many other brands, Pure Electric’s warranty is fully transferable to a new owner, provided they have proof of purchase.
If you’d like to transfer your warranty, simply email [email protected] from the email address used to make the original purchase. Include your order number (beginning PS) and include the name, email and contact details of the new owner.
Important: The warranty period remains unchanged and is valid from the original purchase date.
