🛴 Understanding Our E-Scooter Warranty & Terms

Every new Pure Electric scooter comes with a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and faults, giving you complete peace of mind.

If you experience an issue, our UK-based customer care team is here to help and will work to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

📅 Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • All Pure Electric products are automatically registered under warranty from the date of purchase, there’s no need to register separately.

  • In the UK, Pure Electric’s e-scooter warranty provides 12 months of protection.

  • Outlet scooters are covered by a 6-month warranty for refurbished models and 12 month for reboxed.

If you purchased an extended warranty through a retailer such as Currys, please contact them directly for assistance. Their extended warranty is managed by the retailer, not by Pure Electric.

📅 Using Your Warranty

If you find yourself needing a repair, please reach out to our customer service team. They will try to troubleshoot any issues where possible or send you a form to guide you through the repair process. The whole process should take 7-10 working days.

  1. We always recommend keeping the original box, as not having it can delay the repair process; however, we are able to send replacements if needed.

  2. Once the scooter is securely packed, we will arrange for DPD to collect it and deliver it to our friendly workshop team in Bristol (2-4 working days).

  3. The team will diagnose and repair your scooter, then perform a quality control test before DPD collects the scooter and returns it to you (4-6 working days).

⚠️ When the Warranty Does Not Apply

You Will Be Unable To Use Your Warranty If:

  • The part submitted for repair or maintenance demonstrates signs of misuse or handling that is contrary to the instructions set out in the user manual. Including, but not limited to, inappropriate use or incorrect maintenance and storage, or signs of crash damage.

  • The submitted repair work is needed due to the e-scooter having been involved in an accident or from improper handling.

  • The e-scooter has been opened, disassembled or modified with non-licensed or non official parts, and/or by a non-Pure Electric qualified individual.

  • The requested work is to repair normal wear and tear, surface or cosmetic damage.

  • You do not have original proof of purchase that validates the e-scooters warranty.
