Purchased Your Pure Scooter From A Retailer?
If you bought your Pure scooter from a UK retailer (such as Currys, Halfords, Argos) or an international retailer, here's what you need to know about returns, repairs, and warranty support.
š¬ UK Retailer Purchases
Within 30 Days Of Purchase
If your scooter develops a fault within the first 30 days of purchase:
Return it directly to the retailer you bought it from.
The retailer is responsible for providing a refund or replacement, provided the product is confirmed to be faulty and meets their return criteria.
After 30 Days (But Within 12 Months)
If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, your scooter is still covered by Pure Electricās 12-month warranty.
In this case, the scooter will need to be returned to Pure Electric for assessment and repair.
Our technicians will inspect the scooter and, if the issue qualifies under warranty, carry out the repair and return it to you as quickly as possible.
Keep your proof of purchase, as this will be required for any warranty support.
If you purchased an extended warranty through a retailer such as Currys, please contact them directly for assistance. Their care plan is not managed by Pure Electric.
š International Retailer Purchases
If you purchased your scooter from a retailer outside of the UK:
All support, including returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds, must be handled directly with the retailer you purchased from.
Pure Electric is unable to process repairs or warranty claims for scooters bought internationally.
We recommend contacting your retailerās customer service team for assistance and to review their local policies.
