Our e-scooter are designed to be used in an outside environment and are
waterproof to an IP65 rating. Therefore, you may use the e-scooter in the rain
and ride through puddles, but should avoid partial or total submersion. Doing so
will void your warranty.
Keeping your scooter clean and dry will also help maintain its performance and longevity, see below tips regarding this:
Avoid high-pressure water: Your scooter is water-resistant, not waterproof. Do not use a hose or pressure washer for cleaning, as this can damage internal components. Additionally, avoid riding during heavy rain or through deep puddles as these conditions can cause significant water damage.
Dry after rain: If you’ve ridden in wet conditions, wipe away any moisture from the deck, stem, and charging port before storing or charging your scooter. For added protection, avoid storing the scooter in damp areas and consider using a protective cover during rainy seasons.
