Pure Scooters come with an inbuilt Pedestrian Mode to comply with safety standards.

🔹 Top speed: 6 km/h 🔹 Lights: They will flash while in this mode (this cannot be turned off) 🔹 Speed Modes Available (The below will flash up on your display):

- 🚶 Pedestrian Mode: No icon
- ⚪ Medium Mode: White “S”
- 🔴 Fast Mode: Red “S”

Simply double-press the power button, and you’ll see the speed mode indicator change on the handlebar display.

🚀 Boost Mode (Boost Models Only)

Boost Mode’s high-speed setting is only available when your scooter’s display is set to kmh, not mph.

If your scooter is showing mph, follow these steps:

1. Turn off your scooter.
2. Turn it back on.
3. Press the power button 9 times quickly.

This changes the units to kmh, enabling the high-speed Boost setting. ⚡

It may mean the Motor Control Unit (MCU) needs a reset. No worries — we can arrange collection of your scooter to perform this.
