Returning A Pure Scooter

πŸ“… Within 30 Days

You’ll need to notify us that you'd like to return your product within 30 days of receiving it.

πŸ“¦ Packaging

It must be correctly packaged and returned in the original box with all parts included (charger, manual, accessories, etc).

✨ Condition

The product must be in β€˜as new’ and clean condition with no scratches, blemishes, or excessive wear and tear.

⚠️ Important Note

If your scooter is incorrectly packed and is damaged in transit, we may be unable to accept your return.

Once your e-scooter has been received, our technicians will review your return in line with the above guidelines.


Full Refund Eligibility:

  • If the scooter is returned in as new condition, we will issue a 100% refund, minus a Β£20 return fee.

  • If the scooter shows signs of damage, we will deduct the cost of repair in addition to the Β£20 return fee.

Missing parts: If any accessories or components are missing (e.g. charger, screws, Allen key, user manual), the current replacement cost of each item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund timeline: All refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unused, still in their original packaging with all labels attached, and in a re-saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us in good condition.

Complete the return form, making sure you share your order number (beginning PS), and we will contact you to support you through the returns process.

Once received, you will receive a full refund less Β£5 to cover the cost of return.
This will be completed within 14 working days, and refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
