🔄 Change Of Mind – Pure Scooter

Before starting your return, ensure the product meets the following prerequisites: it must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging.


Returning A Pure Scooter

📅 Within 30 Days

You’ll need to notify us that you'd like to return your product within 30 days of receiving it. When notifying us, please include your full name, email, mobile number, order number (e.g., starting with #PS), the product purchased, and the reason for the return.

🏃🏻‍♀️Usage

The mileage of the scooter must be no more than 10km.

✨ Condition

The product must be in ‘as new’ and clean condition with no scratches, blemishes, or excessive wear and tear.

📦 Packaging

It must be correctly packaged and returned in the original box with all parts included (charger, manual, accessories, etc).

⚠️ Important Note

If your scooter is incorrectly packed and is damaged in transit, we may be unable to accept your return.

Once your e-scooter has been received, our technicians will review your return in line with the above guidelines. The inspection will include verifying the scooter’s condition, checking mileage, and ensuring all original components are included. Missing parts or damages will result in deductions as outlined in our policy.


Full Refund Eligibility:

  • If the scooter is returned in as new condition, we will issue a 100% refund, minus a £20 return fee.

  • If the scooter shows signs of damage, we will deduct the cost of repair in addition to the £20 return fee.

  • Please note that if the scooter’s mileage exceeds 10km, we will reject the refund and return the scooter to you.

Missing parts: If any accessories or components are missing (e.g. charger, screws, Allen key, user manual), the current replacement cost of each item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund timeline: All refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

Complete the contact form ensuring all details are accurate. Incorrect information may cause delays in processing your return. Additionally, please provide clear photos of the product, showing the front (highlighting features like the light), back, both sides (including wheels and reflectors), underside of the deck, and the serial number label (typically found on a white sticker under the back of the scooter’s deck - If the scooter has been unpackaged)


🎒 Change Of Mind – Accessories

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unused, still in their original packaging with all labels attached, and in a re-saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us in good condition.
