Connect it to your scooter.

π¦ Secure Your Handlebars
Remove your scooter from the box. We recommend keeping the box for the duration of the warranty, this will speed up the repair process if it is required. Then, secure your handlebars, following the guidance below, depending on your scooter model.

Keep scooter in the box for stability.
Unfold the stem and secure the latch.
Attach handlebars and tighten bolts.
Fully charge the battery.
Inflate tyres to 36 psi.

Raise the Stem β Remove packaging but keep scooter in the cardboard frame. Lift stem upright until it clicks.
Secure the Latch β Ensure the latch clips firmly. Do not ride if loose.
Unfold Handlebars β Pinch and slide both toggles to unfold. Repeat for both sides.
Secure Handlebars β Confirm both are locked firmly in place.
Charge Battery β Plug in charger until light turns green.
Prepare for Riding β Lift scooter out of frame, deploy kickstand and footpads.
Check Tyres β Inflate to 36 psi using the provided valve extender every time.
While your scooter is safe when used as intended, weβve developed a Toggle Lock as an additional safety feature to help protect the handlebar mechanism. Itβs quick to install at home and is designed to support correct usage and provide added peace of mind. We strongly recommend fitting it as part of your regular safety routine.

Setup in Box β Keep scooter in the opened box for stability.
Raise the Stem β Unfold to upright position with latch down; remove packaging.
Secure the Latch β Clip it into place. Do not ride if loose.
Attach Handlebar β Ensure internal/external cables arenβt twisted or trapped.
Fix Handlebar β Align holes, insert bolts loosely, then tighten gradually with the supplied Allen key.
Charge Fully β Until charger light turns green.
Check Tyres β Inflate to 36 psi using the valve extender.
Tip: Always use the valve extender to avoid damaging the valve.
βοΈ Check Your Tyre Pressure
Inflate tyres to 36 psi using the valve extender and pump provided.
Fully charge the battery before first use β wait until the charger light turns from red to green.
Note: A new battery may have slightly reduced range initially. This will normalise after one full charge and discharge cycle.
β‘ How to Wake & Condition Your Battery
To ensure the best performance and longevity of your battery, follow these steps carefully.
π Step 1: Unpack Your Scooter
Remove all packaging.
Place the scooter somewhere it can be charged undisturbed, ideally overnight.
If possible, keep and store your scooter box. If you require a new box in future, you will be charged Β£10.
π Step 2: Connect the Charger
Plug the included Pure Electric power supply into the charging port.
Important: Only use the genuine charger to avoid damaging the battery.
π‘ Step 3: Switch It On
Turn on the wall socket. The LED indicator on the charger should light red, showing the scooter is charging.
If it doesnβt:
Turn off the wall socket.
Check all connections.
Turn the socket back on.

β‘ Step 4: Initial Boost
Charge the battery for 1β2 hours.
This low initial charge βwakesβ and conditions the battery.
After this, the display may power on automatically. If not, press the power button.
If the red LED is on but the display still doesnβt show the charge status, turn off the socket and contact support.
β³ Step 5: Full Charge
Allow the battery to go through a complete charge cycle (up to 9Β½ hours, depending on your model).
For the first charge, overnight charging is recommended.

π Step 6: Enjoy Your Scooter!
Your battery is now conditioned and fully charged.
You can charge partially for short trips, but full charges and occasional top-ups during long storage periods keep the battery in optimal condition.
Recommended Health Checks
Frequency: Every 1 month or every 300 km (whichever comes first)
Inspect tyres for wear or damage.
Check the bell to ensure it functions properly.
Clean the product with a damp cloth and inspect for any visible damage.
Inspect all cables for signs of wear or damage.
Check the charger and its cable for any signs of damage.
