For gifts purchased between Monday 10th November and Christmas day, our 30-day returns and 12-month warranty will begin from 25th December, giving you extra peace of mind this festive season.
🔄 Extended 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
Valid until 29th January 2026
Please note the following conditions for our extended returns policy:
📄 Proof of Purchase Required
You must provide a valid proof of purchase when returning your item.
🛴 Condition
The scooter must be in "as new" condition and include all parts, manuals, and accessories in the original box and packaging.
📏 Usage Limit
The scooter must not have been ridden more than 10km if seeking a return/refund.
🔍 Inspection Process
Upon receipt, your scooter will be inspected by one of our specialists to ensure it meets our return criteria.
💰 Refund Policy
✅ If returned in as new condition → 100% refund, minus a £20 return fee.
⚙️ If minor damage or wear → 100% refund, minus £20 return fee and repair costs.
🧩 Missing parts (e.g., charger, screws, Allen key, manual) → deducted from your refund at the current sales price.
⏳ Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
🔄 Extended 12 Month Warranty
Valid until 25th December 2026
The warranty will work exactly the same as normal but we have extended it to ensure full warranty coverage on any Christmas purchases
