Battery Care
If you are not going to use your e-scooter for a long period, we recommend giving the e-scooter a full charge at least once every month.
WARNING
Do not try to repair your battery or charger. Attempting to modify your battery, charger or firmware will void your warranty and may cause fire risk.
Battery replacement must only be carried out by skilled and authorised personnel.
In Case of Emergency:
If your scooter exhibits any of the following signs: Smoke, Excessive Heat, Burning Smell, Hissing or Crackling Sounds, Leaking/Bulging; follow these steps:
Stop using the scooter immediately.
If safe, disconnect the charger and remove the scooter from your home.
