Our customer's safety is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we have developed an Additional Safety Feature that you can install within 5 minutes at home. This device is a Toggle Lock which helps protect the toggle mechanism and ensures a longer lifespan for your scooter.
If you purchase a scooter with folding handlebars, it will be delivered with toggle locks installed.
However, if you require a replacement Toggle Lock, you can order them free of charge via this page.

A Reminder: Using Your Scooter As Intended
Beyond the handlebar toggle safety, there are several other important guidelines that every Pure Electric rider must follow. These aren’t just recommendations — they are essential requirements for safe and proper scooter use.
⚖️ Weight Limit — 120 kg (18st 9lb)
Do not use the scooter if your combined weight (including clothing, backpacks, and any carried items) exceeds this limit.
Exceeding the weight limit can:
Put excessive stress on the frame, motor, and braking system
Compromise performance, handling, and safety
👜 Handlebar Usage — No Additional Weight
Never hang bags or other items from the handlebars. The handlebars are not designed to support weight, and doing so can:
Affect steering and balance
Reduce control and increase the risk of accidents
For safe carrying:
Use a properly mounted basket, or
Carry items securely in a backpack
🌧️ Riding Conditions — Smooth Surfaces Only
Your scooter is built for smooth, well-maintained surfaces. Avoid using it on:
Rough terrain or off-road trails
Cobblestones or pothole-ridden roads
Curbs or areas where jumping or impact may occur
Riding on unsuitable surfaces can lead to:
Instability and excessive vibration
Reduced performance and durability
Invalidation of your warranty due to misuse
